What it does
Not a demo build. This is the software that runs our own weighbridge every working day, and every line here is something you can watch it do before you pay for it.
Three buttons, not a manual
First weighment, second weighment, third weighment — one screen, in Tamil and English, with an on-screen keypad. An operator with no computer background bills on day one.
Weight read from the indicator
The reading comes off the indicator over the serial port and lands in the ticket by itself. Nobody types a weight, so nobody can mistype one.
Your cameras, not new ones
Wi-Fi cameras already on your platform are linked in and the vehicle photo is captured against the ticket. Nothing new to buy or cable.
A QR on every printed ticket
The customer scans the ticket and sees the same weighment we do. A slip that was never issued has nothing behind its QR, which is what makes a forged weighment fail on the spot.
The owner is told, not sent a report
Every bill raised pushes the ticket — number, vehicle, empty, loaded, net and amount — with the camera photo, to the owner, as it happens.
Bill from your phone
Run a weighment from the mobile app while you are away from the counter. No AnyDesk, no TeamViewer, no remote session to set up first.
Over 6,500 tickets printed on the live installation, on an ordinary desktop printer. The software drives whatever printer Windows can already see — no special stationery to order, no dot-matrix requirement.
What it costs
Software is quoted per site in writing before any payment is taken, based on the number of weighbridges and the scope of support. The licence fee, the support scope and the term are all set out in that quotation — see Services and our Terms.
Weighment charges at our own weighbridge are a separate thing and are published in full on the rate chart.
