1. Agreement
By using our weighbridge, our software or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Services and charges
- Weighment charges are displayed at the weighbridge counter and on the kiosk screen before payment is taken.
- Software licence fees are quoted in writing in advance.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are shown on the invoice.
- Payment for weighment is due at the time of service. A ticket is released once payment is confirmed.
3. Accuracy of weighment
Our weighbridge is maintained and calibrated in accordance with applicable legal metrology requirements. A weighment reflects the weight of the vehicle as presented at the time of weighing. We are not responsible for differences arising from load shifting, fuel consumed, material lost in transit, or a weighment taken at another weighbridge.
If you believe a weighment is wrong, raise it with the operator before the vehicle leaves the premises so that it can be re-weighed.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give correct vehicle, material and party details. Tickets are issued from the details you supply.
- Follow all safety instructions and staff directions on the premises.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the platform, indicator, cameras or kiosk.
5. Tickets and records
Each weighment is issued a unique ticket number. We retain weighment records for our own compliance and audit purposes. Duplicate copies of a ticket are available on request from the party named on it.
6. Software licence
Software is licensed, not sold. A licence is granted for the sites and term stated in the quotation. You may not copy, resell, sub-licence or reverse engineer the software. The licence ends if fees are unpaid or if these terms are breached.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, contract or business, or for a commercial decision taken on the basis of a weighment.
8. Suspension
We may refuse or stop service where payment is not made, where the vehicle or load is unsafe, or where the premises or equipment are being misused.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to services provided after its effective date.
