1. Vehicle weighment
We weigh loaded and empty commercial vehicles on a calibrated platform weighbridge and issue a computerised weighment ticket. A ticket records the ticket number, date and time, vehicle registration number, material, gross weight, tare weight and net weight.
- Two-trip weighment — empty weight and loaded weight taken on separate trips, with the net calculated automatically.
- Single-trip weighment — where a stored tare weight is already held against the vehicle.
- Reprints — duplicate copies of any past ticket, on request.
Charges per weighment are displayed at the counter and on the kiosk screen before payment is taken. Payment is due at the time of weighment.
2. Weighbridge automation software
We license the kiosk and back-office software that runs the operation above to other weighbridge operators. The product covers weight capture from the indicator, configurable ticket forms and print templates, camera capture, scheduled e-mail and messaging reports, and remote monitoring.
Software is quoted per site in advance of any payment. Licence fees, the scope of support and the term are set out in the written quotation.
3. Digital ticket delivery
Where a customer supplies an e-mail address, WhatsApp number or Telegram contact, a digital copy of the weighment ticket is sent in addition to the printed copy. This is included in the weighment charge at no extra cost.
Service area
Weighment is by its nature performed at our weighbridge in Tiruvallur. Software is delivered electronically to customers in India. We do not export goods and we do not offer international delivery. See our Service Delivery Policy.
