Your weighbridge database, copied off-site every day — encrypted on your computer before it leaves, so only your licensed weighbridge software can read it.

A daily backup is kept for 30 days and a monthly one for 12 months. Paying before your current period ends adds the new period after it. A GST tax invoice is issued as soon as the payment succeeds.
